Ahora se tiene que elegir un metodo:
1) hacer softmod con el metodo del cablexbox-femaleusb, pendrive (compatible y de 1gb o menos) y juego original black labeled (splinter cell o 007 agent under fire).
Con el metodo softmod, va a poder leer juegos piratas y poner un dashboard como el evox o el unleash. Pero si queremos poner un HDD de mas de 150 gig no lo va a reconocer.
Para cambiar el HDD a uno de mayor capacidad vamos a tener que hacer un siguiente paso: TSOD.
1a) TSOD: soldar dos puntos en la placa madre. y para saber si se hizo bien. poner el SLAYERS installer en la xbox y ir a instalar nueva BIOS. Si se instala, es porque el TSOP se hizo bien. 
en ese momento cambiar el HDD viejo por el nuevo y hacer un clean install. va a aparecer en el formateo el espacio nuevo reconocido. y listo.
2) soldar un modchip a la placa madre como por ejemplo el aladdin. una vez hecho, hacer lo mismo que el anterior. poner el slayers, instalar la bios compatible con modchip y cambiar el HDD y formatear y instalar.
